Webhook
Clear all alerts permanently deletes every row from the alerts and alert_events tables in the database. Webhook secret, users, categories, and Telegram settings are not affected.
Telegram
1) Paste token → Save (must say OK @botname)
2) For a Channel: add bot as Administrator (Post messages on)
For a Group: add bot as member
3) Post /id there — bot replies in a few seconds
4) Refresh → Send test
